Greetings all! My name is Tasha and I am the 2012-2013 ABPsi Student Circle Board of Directors Secretary/Historian. While I have not served on any ABPsi Boards before, I have served as the Co-President of the Educational Psychology Graduate Student Organization at the University of Houston and am currently serving my second term as the University of Houston's National Association of School Psychologists Student Leader. I have been a key player in implementing new, creative, and relevant events within both organizations and I am very excited to put those skills to use within the ABPsi!

So, here is a little bit of information about me... I am starting my fourth year as a doctoral student in the School Psychology Program at the University of Houston. My research interests include early intervention with children diagnosed with emotional and behavioral disorders and I have also developed an emerging interest in the over-identification of Black males in special education. I like to spend my free time doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but I also enjoy playing with my dog (aka my child) and watching Maury! My personal goals for this school year are to workout at least three days a week and attend church and/or Bible Study every week. Feel free to check in on me and see how well I'm doing!

Take care,
Natashia (Tasha) Comeaux
