Studeent Circle - Strategic Planning Committee Chair: Nedra H. Francis Nedra H. Francis is a doctoral candidate at Prairie View A&M University, pursuing a Ph. D. in Clinical Adolescent Psychology within the College of Juvenile Justice and Psychology, Prairie View, Texas. She has been an active participant in the Houston Chapter of the Association of Black Psychologists where she has served in the offices of President, Secretary, Treasurer and Chair of the Registration Committee for the 39th Annual International Convention held in Houston, Texas, August 2007. Her most recent endeavor is to fulfill the appointment of Membership Chair beginning August 2008. As chair of the Student Circle Strategic Planning Committee her primary responsibility is to develop strategies that will allow the Student Circle to prosper as an organization that maintains focus on the national mission. Furthermore, she will assist the ABPsi Strategic Planning Committee with developing a variety of novel ideas that will help improve the organization
